Who we are.
Delta Home Services is a family owned and operated company that was started by Brenda and Carlos Monreal in 2003. Brenda is the majority owner of Delta so we are led by a Lady HVAC Professional (you may have noticed a tiny bit of pink on our website and our trucks…) Providing an exceptional level of service to our clients has always been paramount to Brenda, as she believes that our clients’ families should be treated with the same level of respect and quality as her own family.
While running a business, Brenda has raised two fine young men, who now help with the business when not away at college. This gives her a unique perspective on our clients’ priorities and expectations. She has instilled in everyone that works for the company that Delta will operate with a very high level of trust and respect for our clients. She has a deep love and commitment to her family and operates her business with the same dedication.
Carlos has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry as an Installer and a Service Technician. While he has a “day job” outside of the business he still provides his support and knowledge to help train and motivate Delta’s technicians. Carlos also provides IT support as needed, so he remains involved in the growth and success of the company.
In addition Delta is very fortunate to have an excellent Leadership Team in place, as well as a group of awesome field and office staff. We are a business that is also a family and we operate with a great sense of pride that we are able to provide an excellent livelihood for our employees and vital services for our clients.
