AC Technician (full-time)

  • We are seeking a Sales/Solutions Technician who embodies the heart of a teacher. Your primary goal will be to approach each customer interaction as an opportunity to educate and empower them to make informed decisions about their HVAC needs. Instead of simply selling a service, you will be instrumental in helping our customers solve problems and achieve their goals for comfort and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

  • Prior success selling in the Home Services arena

  • Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • EPA certification preferred.
